Infrastructure Audits
Burwood Group provides Infrastructure Audits geared towards your specific needs. These audits determine single points of failure within your network. Our team reviews your overall network design as well as the actual configurations. We then compare for best practices and report our findings to you. Additionally, we can outline an approach or recommendations for resolving any issues found during the audit.

Our customers are provided with deliverables on the specific audit items and the outcomes of each audit. Burwood customers who have gone through our audit process have found tremendous improvements and uptime for their network based on the recommendations made by our consultants.

Readiness Assessments
Readiness Assessments are a "score-card" approach to reviewing your infrastructure for readiness of implementation of various technologies, including wireless, IP telephony and security. For each area that is assessed a score card is built based on required and best practice criteria for implementation of the technology. These score cards then outline the areas where our clients are ready and not ready for a targeted technology. These assessments can include not only the actual equipment but also the people and process that are involved in implementing specific technologies. Burwood’s Readiness Assessments help organizations identify where they need to invest in their infrastructure or organization and how to budget and prepare for a new technology.

The Readiness Assessment approach can be used on existing infrastructures in conjunction with an audit to identify issues and holes in currently deployed IP telephony and network infrastructures. The assessment can then be used to prioritize remediation of the environment based on criteria such as high impact, easy and low impact or difficult changes to get the most improvement in an environment in a short period of time.
