Project Justification is a key component to assisting our clients in prioritizing their project work and to collectively identifying and understanding the economics of a proposed IT investment. Our Burwood team works with client executives and management as a unified group to define the drivers associated with each project and to develop well-defined goals and expectations to further support the investment.

Our objective is to develop an executable business case and a cost benefit analysis by which the investment should be judged. We look at both the tangible and intangible pros and cons of each IT initiative to determine not only whether a project should be approved, but also, the appropriate scope to achieve the goals of the organization with the highest investment return for our clients.
