Chicago June 27, 2005 -- Both companies are located in Chicago, Illinois. Burwood and Geckotech are focused on providing:

• Hosted VoIP/IPT services to customers in the Chicago-land area
• Geckotech is providing Hosted VoIP/IPT connectivity and service

Burwood Group has entered into an agreement with Geckotech to offer Geckotech's Hosted VoIP services along with Burwood's VOIP/IPT implementation practice. Geckotech launched the first phase of its Hosted VoIP platform in August 2004 to offer higher-end telephony connectivity to customers while also allowing customers to save money on their monthly telephone bills. Burwood entered the telephony market in 2000 with enterprise IPT solutions for large companies. The alignment between Geckotech and Burwood allows Geckotech to offer Burwood's high-end technology services to small and mid-sized telephony customers.
