Burwood Group, Inc. Sells its HP Software Business to Intact Technology

Chicago, IL – September 12, 2008 - Burwood Group, Inc., a leading provider of IT Management and Infrastructure Consulting services, has sold its HP Software Consulting business to Intact Technology, Inc., a leading ITIL and HP Software solution provider.

Effective August 15th, 2008, Burwood transitioned its HP Software business, consulting team and clients to Intact Technology. Burwood Group will continue to deliver IT service management and infrastructure consulting services and, where applicable, partner with Intact Technology to deliver comprehensive HP Software IT and Business Service Management design and integration services.

Burwood Group has a strong legacy in providing practical and sustainable infrastructure and service management solutions to clients. Over the past two years, Burwood has built a strong HP Software business and IT service management integration business delivering solutions at some of the largest companies including NY Life, Capital One, and Intuit. “We are excited to transition our HP Software IT and business service management business to Intact Technology.
