Microsoft Office Technology Training Series
Burwood Group assisted an organization in enhancing user skills for a number of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, OneNote, and Excel. We developed a Technology Series that was offered to staff members in multiple locations in various states. The series included a hands-on activity based instructor-led training session. The instructor utilized the attached PowerPoint to demonstrate key functions while participants practiced new skills using pre-determined exercises throughout the training session. Participants were provided with the user guide and a quick reference card as supplemental materials. Participants were provided a pre-requisite test prior to their attendance so they could test out of the session if applicable. Sessions were attended by members of management and leadership teams and received positive reviews.
