Option #1: Build Your Application Modernization Roadmap

Our Application Modernization Roadmap project is a paid engagement with Burwood Group’s cloud experts, focused on providing you with a detailed, valuable roadmap deliverable to inform your total application modernization journey.
Scope: Half-day, remotely-conducted video workshop with Burwood consultants. Includes educational content for your team, and discovery sessions for our team to understand your organizational and IT goals, application and workload priorities, and influencing stakeholder requests.
Deliverable: Detailed Word Document articulating your customized application modernization roadmap and Executive Presentation version to present to your leadership.
Investment: $5,000 Fixed Fee
Option #2: Proof of Concept to Modernize Your Application
If you already have an application in mind as a great candidate for modernization, you’re ready to get started with a proof of concept. Engage Burwood Group to conduct a PoC that results in one modernized application on Google Cloud. Our PoC process is enablement-focused, working side-by-side with you to make sure you understand the process.
Scope: Four week proof of concept, conducted remotely. In collaboration with you, we select one of your applications to modernize on the Google Cloud platform. Not a Google Cloud customer yet? No problem. We’ll set you up.
Deliverable: One modernized application on Google Cloud, and we’ll include the half day application modernization roadmap process and deliverables for no additional cost.
Investment: $15,000* Fixed Fee (*Note: Pending your existing relationship with Google, we may be able to secure Google funds to discount this cost. Reach out to our team to discuss.)
