Chicago, IL – July 31, 2018 – Burwood Group, a leading IT consulting and integration firm, announced today that it has been named a Cisco Lifecycle Advisor, an exclusive designation reserved for partners that meet rigorous program prerequisites and training requirements. The Lifecycle Advisor role, available by invitation only, recognizes Burwood Group’s proven lifecycle advisory methodology and processes and its expertise in expanding sales, accelerating value, and achieving business outcomes for its customers.
To qualify for the Cisco Lifecycle Advisor program, partners must not only demonstrate expertise in Cisco software products: Cisco Collaboration, Cisco WebEx + Cisco Spark, and Cisco ONE, Cisco Enterprise Agreement, Cisco DNA, and Security; but must be able to demonstrate that it can enable its customers to adopt, expand, and fully leverage Cisco services. As part of the in-depth application process, partners must also have a Customer Success Manager and Adoption Consultant in place and must establish that they have a proven process to identify and evaluate project success metrics and business outcomes.
