Burwood Group assisted an organization in enhancing user skills using its SharePoint site. The Burwood team first conducted a needs analysis to identify Sharepoint functions with the highest user impact. A training strategy was developed around the high impact functions. The training strategy included virtual training sessions supported by user guides.
Training also included benefits and considerations for when to utilize the technology, decreasing user resistance. The virtual training sessions included use cases from the organization enabling users to easily understand when the new technology could be utilized.
