Trista is a seasoned professional specializing in advisory and consulting services, as well as the design and implementation of Contact Center Customer solutions, 3rd party integrations, and contact center best practices. With over 20 years of experience in the contact center industry, Trista brings a wealth of expertise as a customer, services integrator, Go to Market leader, and vendor. 

Trista possesses a comprehensive understanding of the contact center field and is regarded as an expert in the industry. Her technical skills encompass the design, implementation, and deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Express, and Cisco Webex Contact Center. Additionally, she possesses extensive knowledge in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions such as Five9's, Nice CXOne, Genesys, Ujet, as well as various 3rd party integration vendors like Verint, Calabrio, CallCabinet, Google CCAI, Nuance CCAI, Epic, CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce), 2Ring, Bucher + Suter, among others. Recognizing the ever-evolving nature of contact center technology, Trista stays ahead of the curve by understanding the current market landscape and anticipating future shifts. She ensures that Burwood, and its clients, are well-prepared for these changes.
